We respect your privacy and believe you should have full control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to use WAY, you may request permanent deletion of your account at any time. This process is irreversible, and we want to ensure you fully understand the consequences before proceeding.

2. What Happens After Deletion

Profile Removed

Your profile will be removed.

Access Terminated

Your account access will end.

Data Deletion

Your personal information will be scheduled for deletion.

Marketplace History

Marketplace history may be retained where required by law.

Transaction Records

Certain transaction records may be stored for legal or financial compliance.

Message Retention

Messages shared with other users may remain visible in conversations.

Wallet Balance

Diamond Wallet balance cannot be recovered after deletion.

While we delete your account and remove personal identifiers, certain information may be retained securely to comply with our legal obligations and protect our platform.

Information may be retained for:

All retained information is securely protected, heavily encrypted, and access is strictly limited to authorized personnel.

No Recovery

You cannot recover your account once it is deleted.

Diamonds Lost

Your Diamonds cannot be restored.

Active Orders

Active marketplace orders may still be processed.

Pending Refunds

Pending refunds will follow the refund policy.

Platform Rules

Downloaded purchases remain subject to platform rules.

No. Once your account is permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will lose access to all your data, connections, and digital wallet balance.

Any remaining Diamonds in your digital wallet will be permanently forfeited upon account deletion. We recommend using them before you delete your account.

Pending orders may still be processed if they are already in transit. However, you will no longer be able to track them or request support for them via the app.

Yes, you can create a new account in the future using the same email address or phone number, provided that the previous account's deletion has been fully processed. However, your previous data and wallet balance will not be restored.

The deletion process begins immediately upon confirmation. However, it may take up to 30 days to completely remove your data from our backup systems.
