Welcome to WAY – Build Your Way. This document outlines the rules and regulations for the use of WAY's mobile application and services. Before accessing the platform, users must agree to these Terms. We kindly ask that you read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using WAY means you explicitly agree to these Terms and our related platform policies.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue using the platform immediately. Your continued use of WAY is considered an acknowledgment and consent to abide by these guidelines.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by law in your region to access our services.

Valid Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.

Personal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring you are legally permitted to use WAY.

Account Ownership

Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable.

3. User Accounts

  • Registration: Creating a WAY account is necessary to access core application features.
  • Account Security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Password Protection: We recommend using a strong and unique password for your safety.
  • Profile Accuracy: Keep your personal and contact details updated.

Users are completely responsible for all activities and actions that occur under their account.

4. Community Guidelines

To keep our environment safe and welcoming, users must NOT:

Spam

Send unsolicited promotional content, bulk messages, or repetitive comments.

Harass Others

Engage in bullying, threatening behavior, or targeted harassment of any kind.

Upload Illegal Content

Share any media or text that violates local, national, or international laws.

Share Offensive Material

Distribute graphic, violent, excessively hateful, or sexually explicit material.

Impersonate Other Users

Pretend to be another person, celebrity, brand, or authorized platform representative.

Distribute Malware

Attempt to share viruses, trojans, malicious code, or phishing links.

Misuse the Platform

Exploit bugs, use unauthorized bots, or disrupt platform infrastructure.

5. Messaging

Messaging tools provided by WAY should only be used for lawful, respectful communication between users.

Users remain entirely responsible for the messages they send, the media they share, and the interactions they initiate.

WAY reserves the right to investigate reports of abuse and take appropriate moderation actions, up to account termination.

6. Events & Competitions

  • Participation Rules: Participants must strictly follow all guidelines provided for the specific event.
  • Eligibility: Only users meeting specific event criteria may enter and qualify for rewards.
  • Judging Decisions: All decisions, scores, and rankings determined by event organizers or judges are final.
  • Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen fairly and transparently based on merit and event metrics.
  • Rewards: Prizes will be distributed according to the timeline outlined in the competition details.
  • Event Cancellation: WAY reserves the right to postpone, alter, or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Platform Rights: WAY may feature your event participation content on our official marketing channels.

7. Diamond Wallet

  • Purchasing Diamonds: Digital Diamonds can be bought securely through verified app store payments or payment gateways.
  • Using Diamonds: Diamonds can be used across the WAY platform to unlock features, send gifts, or buy digital items.
  • Non-transferable: Diamond balances are strictly tied to your account and cannot be transferred to others.
  • No Cash Value: Diamonds are a virtual utility token and have no real-world cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Verification: High-value transactions may be subject to review or verification for fraud prevention.

8. Marketplace

  • Orders: All orders placed in the WAY Marketplace constitute a binding agreement to purchase.
  • Checkout: Users must provide accurate shipping and contact details at checkout.
  • Payments: Transactions are handled by encrypted and compliant third-party payment processors.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are processed according to the individual seller's terms or WAY's standard guarantee.
  • Order Cancellation: Cancellations are only permitted within the designated timeframe before processing begins.
  • Delivery: Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are fulfilled by our logistics partners.
  • Product Availability: Items are subject to stock availability and may be removed without prior notice.

9. Payments

  • Payment Authorization: By adding a payment method, you authorize WAY to charge the stated amounts for your purchases.
  • Transaction Verification: We actively monitor transaction patterns to protect against unauthorized usage.
  • Failed Payments: Subscriptions or uncompleted orders may be suspended until a successful payment is made.
  • Fraud Protection: We employ advanced automated systems to detect and block suspicious payment behavior.

10. Intellectual Property

WAY retains exclusive ownership of all platform assets. Users must respect our intellectual property rights.

  • WAY Logo: The logo and branding materials are registered trademarks of WAY.
  • Brand Assets: All visual icons, typography, and marketing materials are owned by the platform.
  • Application Design: The underlying UX/UI design and software architecture are fully protected.
  • Content: WAY-generated copy, illustrations, and multimedia are our exclusive property.
  • Trademarks: None of our trademarks or trade dress may be used without explicit written consent.
  • Copyright: International copyright laws protect the WAY platform code and database.

Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute platform assets without prior permission.

11. Termination

Accounts may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated for the following severe violations:

Fraud

Executing chargebacks, financial scams, or payment manipulations.

Abuse

Targeted harassment, bullying, or attempts to harm others.

Violation of Rules

Repeatedly ignoring the Community Guidelines and platform policies.

Illegal Activities

Using WAY features to coordinate or conduct any unlawful acts.

12. Limitation of Liability

The WAY platform and all related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WAY, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to or inability to use the platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to our secure servers; (iii) any third-party conduct or content; or (iv) any bugs or errors transmitted through our services.

13. Changes to Terms

WAY reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect platform updates or legal requirements.

When material changes occur, we will notify users through the app. Your continued use of WAY following any updates signifies your full acceptance of the revised Terms.
