Terms of Service

By accessing or using the WAY platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the valid consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all users, creators, fans, participants, and visitors using WAY to create content, join events, interact with others, earn diamonds, or purchase products or rewards through the platform.

WAY is intended for lawful, respectful, and non-deceptive use. You agree not to misuse the platform, create fake accounts, manipulate leaderboard rankings, exploit bugs, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.

You may not upload, publish, or share content that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit, misleading, unlawful, or harmful to other users. WAY may remove content or restrict access when such behavior is identified.

When you upload reels, participate in contests, or create social content on WAY, you remain responsible for the content you submit. You represent that you have the right to post that content and that it does not violate anyone else's rights or applicable laws.

By creating content on WAY, you grant the platform a limited license to host, display, promote, and moderate that content as necessary to operate the service and support user engagement and campaigns.

We expect all users to engage respectfully. Harassment, impersonation, abuse, spam, or any attempt to manipulate other users or rewards systems may result in account restrictions or removal.

Diamonds, rewards points, leaderboard placements, and promotional prizes are subject to change based on platform activity, campaigns, system rules, and verification requirements. WAY may adjust eligibility, reward calculations, or event participation rules at any time to maintain fairness and operational integrity.

If you purchase or claim rewards through the platform, you agree to pay any applicable fees and comply with the offer terms. Any prize, gift, or merchandise may be subject to verification, delivery requirements, tax obligations, and local laws.

The WAY name, logo, app design, software, and branded materials are owned by WAY or its licensed partners. Except for content that you personally upload, no part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Users retain ownership of original content they create and upload, but by using the platform they agree to the limited rights required for hosting, moderation, distribution, and promotion of that content within WAY.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

WAY may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to the platform if a user breaches these terms, engages in fraud, violates community standards, or compromises the security or integrity of the service.

WAY provides the platform on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free use, or the availability of any specific feature, campaign, event, or reward outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WAY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the service, including loss of data, loss of earnings, or reputational harm.

We may update or revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, product functionality, or community practices. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If there is a material change, we will try to provide reasonable notice by updating the effective date or notifying users through the platform or email where appropriate.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WAY operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute related to these terms or service use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
